What's the difference between AI Consulting, OBM Services, and Virtual Executive Assistant Services?
Ahh, my fave question. How much time do you have? A virtual assistant (VA) handles all kinds of tasks, big or small, that a business owner doesn’t have time for. These tasks can be time-consuming or tech-heavy, and if you’re running your business, you don’t have time to search videos on how to do these tasks!
On the other hand, an online business manager (OBM) can do everything a VA does AND manage business and team operations. OBMs help you with your business strategy and make sure these are implemented in daily activities. The kicker? As an OBM, I jump into those tasks as well. Goodbye decision fatigue and delegation paralysis!
For AI consulting, we are turning away from manual work and automations (something that runs on a schedule or after an action has been taken). We are using something that can think for itself to solve some of our business problems. We are now working in concert with AI; it’s not going to take over our business or job and make us obsolete.
