The Enchanted Ops Society™ is a 16-week, live-and-self-paced program where you build your own business systems, automations, and AI, no code required. You’ll work in Airtable, Zapier, Notion, and Claude or ChatGPT, spend about 10-15 hours a week, and walk away owning everything you build. AI doesn’t enter until around Week 9, so beginners aren’t thrown in the deep end.
If you’ve been following along over the past month, in my emails or over on Instagram, you’ve heard me talk about the results, the waitlist bonus, the pricing, and the length of the program. (Fun fact: this went from “idea” to “it’s happening” fast. Blame Daria’s launch workshop this summer. 😄)
But I know that hasn’t answered everything. So my well-trained Claude project and I brainstormed the questions you’re probably still sitting with. And yes, I’ll show you how to build a project like that too, if you join. Let’s get into it. 👇
You’ll use Airtable, Zapier, Notion, and one AI tool (Claude OR ChatGPT — not both). These are your own accounts, not included in the program price, and cost roughly ~$150 CAD / ~$107 USD per month once you’re on the paid tiers you’ll need.
Here’s the honest breakdown. You’ll need to upgrade to the first paid level of Zapier (we’re building more than 2-step Zaps) and Claude or ChatGPT (the free tiers won’t cut it for this work).
Airtable is free until you hit 1,000+ records and more than 100 automation runs a month. Notion is free until you start using its automations and AI agents. So plan for roughly ~$150 CAD (~$107 USD) a month for the stack.
(That’s a current estimate for the tool tiers — worth a quick check against each tool’s pricing page before you commit, since they change.)
You can still follow along — the thinking transfers to any stack. But the plug-and-play templates are built for Airtable, Zapier, and Notion, so on other platforms you’d rebuild them yourself instead of dropping them in.
The templates are built around the stack I know inside out. If you’re on ClickUp instead of Notion, or Make instead of Zapier, the concepts all carry over — you’ll just do the extra work of rebuilding the templates on your preferred platform. Totally your call. 🤷♀️
No code, ever. If you can follow a template and copy and paste, you can do this. The tools handle the technical part — your job is plugging in your own business and adjusting settings to fit.
This is the fear I hear most, so let me be clear: the goal is that you understand what you built, not that you become a developer. There are Loom videos walking through how everything is built, so you actually learn the wiring — not just click buttons blindly.
No — if you feel behind, this program is built for you. You start with foundations and systems, and AI doesn’t enter until around Week 9, once you have something real for it to run on. By then it’s just the next tool plugging into a system you already understand.
I mean it — feeling behind on AI is a reason to join, not a reason to hold back. You’re not thrown into AI on day one. You build the foundation first, and AI comes in around Week 9 once there’s an actual system for it to plug into. Then in Week 10 we spend three weeks building your own AI team. By that point it isn’t intimidating — it’s the obvious next step. I got ya. If you want to see how I approach AI one-on-one first, my AI consulting page gives you a feel for it.
Yes. Everything is built to run without a team, because the whole point is that your systems do the work you’d otherwise hire for. If you bring someone on later, you’ll already have the dashboards and SOPs that make handoff easy.
Whether it stays just you or you grow later, this works. Solo? Your automations and AI team carry the load instead of a hire. Planning to expand? You’ll have the dashboards and SOPs ready for a clean handoff from day one. If you already have a team, even better — you can start that handoff right away.
Plan for roughly 10-15 hours a week — moving through templates plus the live calls. Because the templates replace work you’re already doing by hand, much of that time comes back to you quickly once the automations take over.
The exact hours depend on your prep: getting client data ready, deciding what to automate, gathering what your AI team needs. That’s exactly why Week 1 is all about mapping it out before you build. And remember — this time isn’t added to your plate long-term. It replaces manual work you’re already doing, then hands those hours back once the systems run themselves.
Both. You move through the templates and builds at your own pace, plus bi-weekly live calls (twice a month) where you build alongside me and get unstuck in real time.
I do strongly recommend keeping pace so you finish with a complete system — that’s the whole goal for you. And if you join through the waitlist, you also get the bonus of my Slack channel for daily help.
All calls are recorded, and the templates and materials are yours to work through on your own timeline for the duration of the program. Everything lives in your Notion dashboard.
Life happens. Missed a live call? It’s recorded. Behind a week? The materials wait for you in your Notion dashboard for the full length of the program.
You build them — on purpose. You load the templates into your own workspace, connect them to your apps, set up your AI assistants, and add your own data, with me guiding every step. It’s the difference between renting a system someone else understands and owning one you can run yourself.
You’re never starting from a blank screen. The templates and Loom videos do the heavy lifting, and the live calls get you unstuck. But you build it, because that’s what leaves you able to actually run it. (And yes, this is exactly why the waitlist Slack bonus is worth grabbing, so you can ask me questions as you go.)
Yes. Every template, automation, dashboard, and AI agent lives in your own accounts, built with your own data — yours to keep running, change, and grow. Note: you lose access to the shared Notion dashboard (call replays and resources) when the program ends.
What you build is genuinely yours. The one thing that doesn’t stay is access to the shared Notion dashboard with the replays and resources, but everything you actually built lives in your accounts and stays with you.
You’ll know how to fix it — that’s the part most programs skip. Because you built each piece yourself, you understand how it’s wired, and you’ll have SOP templates documenting everything so you (or a future hire) have a clear map.
Most programs hand you a finished thing and leave you stranded when it breaks. Here, you built it, so you can fix it. Plus the SOP templates mean there’s always a documented map to work from.
A course hands you information and leaves you to apply it alone. An OBM builds systems for you — until something breaks and you don’t know how it works. This sits in between: you build the real thing yourself with templates and live guidance, so you own a working system and understand how to run it.
You’re not left with a pile of notes, and you’re not dependent on anyone else to keep your systems alive. If you’re weighing the done-for-you route instead, my OBM services page explains how that works, but the whole point of this program is that you walk away owning it. 💪

The Enchanted Ops Society™ opens to the waitlist on September 22nd (waitlisters get 48 hours early access plus the Slack bonus), then to the public on September 24th. The cohort is capped at 8 people, so once spots fill, the cart closes on October 3rd, and the program starts October 7th.
